需要几大方面的材料：

1. 学校方面：分数全部出来以后，申请Completion Letter以及Official Transcripts。本科的需要重新公证。

2. 无刑事犯罪证明：周一寄申请到AFP，申请费43AUD。国内需联系派出所。

3. 体检：已经申请1月13日在墨尔本体检。

4. ACS认证：等到有了Completion Letter和Transcripts后，寄往ACS认证

5. 所有的都需要公证，国内的需要翻译后公证。

The person attending the appointment is to bring with them: their current valid passport, form 26 completed but not signed, form 160 completed but not signed, eye glasses or contact lenses if worn and any current medical reports.  Your photograph will be taken by HSA staff when you arrive for your appointment.  The photograph is a DIAC requirement.  If the HSA doctor needs you to have more tests, you will be required to pay for them at the time of the medical appointment.
